So we get this letter today saying that Equal Rights DENIED our claim. We had pictures and proof, but yet we still cannot be heard. Our own state where we work and pay taxes doesn't even care about the injustices done by Wal-mart. What happened to believing in the justice system? My faith is running out... maybe the lawyers can come up with an idea. We'll see...

Its not about the money. Its about exposing Wal-mart. If more people came out and spoke about the injustices that Wal-mart has done to their employees. They can get all the lawyers they want. I have proof and evidence against them. I'd like to see them get out of that.

I am getting signatures for the outrageous acts that my fellow employees were witness to. its fun. il get to see walmart have to try to get out of there lies!!

So I spoke to the lawyer today and I think he is going to take our case. We also recieved our letter from Equal Rights today and it contained Wal-Mart's response. It was all lies of course!! It didn't even contain the correct names of the employees we had referred to in the first place. Oh well. Wal-Fart can just keep on digginng themselves a hole. It's just helping our case.

So tomorrow we are going to talk to a lawyer about our case. I don't know what questions we will be asked, I just know that we are now one step closer to taking Wal-Mart for all they got. Wal-Mart won't be smilin then!! But I will be!!
